Das Sales Team in München befindet sich derzeit im Aufbau. Du hast die große Chance, als einer der ersten Mitarbeitenden dieses neue Kapitel bei Agriconomie aktiv mitzugestalten. Hier hast Du nicht nur die Möglichkeit, erste Erfahrungen zu sammeln, sondern auch eigenständig neue Ideen mit einzubringen und so an der Entwicklung dieser Abteilung teilzuhaben. Deine Aufgabe innerhalb des Teams wird es sein, uns tatkräftig dabei zu unterstützen, Marktführer im landwirtschaftlichen E-Commerce in Deutschland zu werden.

Folgende Aufgaben sind nach einer Einarbeitung Teil des Praktikums:

• Unterstütze die Kolleg:innen des Teams bei all ihren täglichen Aufgaben

• Präsentiere den Landwirt:innen Agriconomie, unser Angebot und unsere Dienstleistungen

• Identifiziere Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse von Landwirt:innen und potenziellen Neukund:innen am Telefon

• Beantworte eingehende Anfragen von Landwirt:innen und berate sie hinsichtlich ihrer Anliegen

• Betreue den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der Bedarfserfassung bis zum Abschluss

• Begleite Kund:innen und Interessent:innen bei der Nutzung der Website

Keine Sorge, wenn Du nur wenig oder grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Landwirtschaft oder im Vertrieb hast. Du bekommst regelmäßige interne Schulungen zu Themen wie Düngemittel, Saatgut und vielen mehr, so wirst Du in kurzer Zeit zum/zur Expert:in.

The sales team in Munich is currently being established. You have the great opportunity to be one of the first employees to actively shape this new chapter at Agriconomie. Here you will not only have the opportunity to gain your first experiences, but also to contribute new ideas independently and thus participate in the development of this department. Your task within the team will be to actively support us in becoming the market leader in agricultural e-commerce in Germany.

The following tasks are part of the internship after your onboarding:

• Support the colleagues of the team in all their daily tasks.

• Present Agriconomie, our range of products and services to farmers.

• Identify requirements and needs of farmers and potential new customers on the phone

• Answer incoming enquiries from farmers and advise them on their concerns

• Manage the entire sales process, from needs assessment to closing

• Assist customers and prospects in using the website.

Don't worry if you have little or basic knowledge of agriculture or sales. You will receive regular internal training on topics such as fertilisers, seeds and much more, so you will become an expert in no time.

DE: Dein Profil:

• Du studierst aktuell BWL, Agrarwissenschaft/Landwirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, hast vielleicht schon erste Erfahrungen in einem dieser Bereiche gesammelt oder kommst aus der Landwirtschaft

• Dank Deiner Hands-on Mentalität motiviert es Dich, eigene Projekte übernehmen zu können

• Kundenorientierung und Empathie zeichnen Dich aus

• Verfügbarkeit: Werkstudent:in: 15-20 Stunden/Woche, gerne mehr in vorlesungsfreien Zeiten / Praktikant:in: 6 Monate in Vollzeit 

• Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke, dazu bist Du flexibel und schlagfertig

• Es motiviert Dich, Teil eines rasant wachsenden Unternehmens zu sein

• Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, Deine eigenen Ideen mit einzubringen und möchtest proaktiv an der Entwicklung des Standorts München mitwirken

• Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, aber auch die Kommunikation auf Englisch fällt Dir leicht. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung

EN: Your profile:

• You are currently studying business administration, agriculture or a comparable course of study, perhaps you have already gained some experience in one of these areas or come from the agricultural sector.

• Availability: Working students: 15-20 hours/week, possibly more during lecture-free periods / Interns: 6 months full-time 

• Thanks to your hands-on mentality, you are motivated to take on your own projects.

• Customer orientation and empathy characterize you

• Communication is your strength, and you are flexible and quick-witted.

• You are motivated to be part of a rapidly growing company.

• You have a passion for contributing your own ideas and want to proactively contribute to the development of the Munich location.

• Excellent written and spoken German, but communication in English is also easy for you. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement
